Moncove Lake State Park campground features 25 campsites with 30 amp electric hook-ups and 23 non-electric sites. Sites are gravel based, with the exception of three of the electric sites which are paved allowing for more greater mobility. Moncove's campground features two bathhouses, both equipped with flush toilets and hot water showers. All sites are suitable for either tent or trailer and feature picnic tables and grills. A dump station and centrally located sources of water are available for camping units. Campsites with electric hookups are within range to wireless internet access.
There are currently no reservable campsites making all 48 sites at Moncove Lake available on a first-come first-served basis. There is no park entrance fee to enjoy Moncove Lake State Park.
Firewood and ice are available for purchase.
Pet dogs and cats are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash and remain quiet.
A primitive group campsite is available in 2015 by advanced reservation only at Moncove Lake State Park.
The site is restricted to tent camping only and only rented to groups. The area is a walk-to site with parking nearby but not at the site. Campfires must be inside the stone fire ring. There are five picnic tables on site. There is no water or electricity available at this primitive-style area. It is a pack it in, pack it out site.
A maximum of 25 people are allowed. Check in and check out times will be provided at the time of reservation placement. Payment must be received and paid in full 10 days or less from application approval.

Generally from November through March, restrooms and showers at Moncove Lake State Park are closed to prevent water pipes from freezing. However, the campsites with electric hook-ups are still available to rent. A portable toilet is available near the upper bath house for park visitors and campers to use. Water service is restored to restrooms and showers at the park from April - October, as temperatures allow.
